APPLICATION AND ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- Complete the application form (a link to the form can be found below).
- Select the compensation plan you prefer (both real estate agents and loan officers).
- Only Loan Officer applicants need complete Part IV of the form.
- Send us the completed application form: by 1) online submission 2) by fax; 3) or by mail, to the fax number or address at the bottom of the application form.
- Upon approval of the application (including loan officer certification for transacting loans), you will be notified and emailed.
- an Independent Contractor Agreement together with addenda
- Return the signed contract and addenda.
