APPLICATION AND ENROLLMENT PROCESS

  1. Complete the application form (a link to the form can be found below).
    1. Select the compensation plan you prefer (both real estate agents and loan officers).
    2. Only Loan Officer applicants need complete Part IV of the form.
  2. Send us the completed application form: by 1) online submission 2) by fax; 3) or by mail, to the fax number or address at the bottom of the application form.
  3. Upon approval of the application (including loan officer certification for transacting loans), you will be notified and emailed.
      • an Independent Contractor Agreement together with addenda
  4. Return the signed contract and addenda.
